Our History

About us – GRG Storage started converting our 30,000sqft warehouse in September 2005 into a ground floor self-storage facility. We soon realized the potential and need for economy offices in the area. This lead to the development of furnished offices on the first floor available for rental.

We have offices that can accommodate between 1 and 20 people attracting training companies and new business starters. Training/meeting rooms were equipped with projectors, smart screens and other devices under the name of GRG Offices.

The first phase of self-storage finished in January 2006.
The demand for packaging materials increased for business and domestic customers. As a result, GRG Storage began providing bubble wrap, cardboard boxes, shrink wrap, parcel tapes and other packaging accessories. GRG Packaging was then formed.


Online retail and eBay trade became very popular. They turned to us because we were able to meet their needs. We package their items and deal with shipping. We formed strong ties with major courier companies such as Parcel Force, UK Mail, DPD and Royal Mail. This allowed us to provide competitively priced services for our customers. This department is known as GRG Courier. Local customers can buy packaging products for removals and use our Courier Van to remove and return items. We can deal with shipping in the UK and overseas.

GRG Storage is simply a one-stop business hub for anyone requiring a presence about Greater Manchester. You could have a physical office or a virtual one. You can store your items with us and we can pick, pack and dispatch them on your behalf so you can leave all the hard work to us!
